All yachts have been prepared to the highest standard possible, ensuring your time on board is relaxing and enjoyable. All our yachts have inboard diesel motors, (our catamarans have two 4 stroke outboards), furling headsails and wheel steering, and are easily handled by competent sailors. All yachts are available for inspection at our base here at Bayview. Please call our office to confirm the boat is available before arriving for an inspection.<BR><BR><STRONG>No fuss scheduled departures</STRONG><BR>Drop your crew and bags to our office at “Bayview Anchorage”, 1714 Pittwater Rd Bayview. There is parking adjacent to the marina in a “pay and display” carpark, or free parking on the opposite side of the street to the marina. Bayview Anchorage offers a popular Thai restaurant and cafe, both open seven days a week. The marina is located close to full shopping facilities at Mona Vale, making provisioning for your charter extremely easy. <BR><BR><STRONG>Getting to know your yacht</STRONG><BR>When you arrive one of our friendly staff will be waiting to ensure your boarding goes smoothly and to take you through the operation of your yacht. A thorough briefing will give you the confidence needed to ensure your holiday is one of relaxation. During your briefing we take the approach that no question is a silly question - the more questions asked the better informed you will be!!. We will make some suggestions on recommended mooring and anchoring spots, both in Pittwater and the Hawkesbury waterways, before you head off to start your sailing holiday.</TD></TR></TABLE><BR>

<P align=left><B>How to book</B><BR>To secure the yacht of your choice a deposit of 20% of the charter fee is required (minimum $200), this deposit can be made with credit card (not AMEX), cheque or cash. We will then issue you with a contract and your boarding details. <LI>It is our main concern that you have a relaxing, peaceful and safe holiday. </LI></UL>If, in the opinion of Smart Boating, the charterer is not suitably experienced the charterer shall agree to employ a guide at his/her expense or cancel the charter and forfeit any monies paid for the charter. </DIV>
<P align=left><B>Yachts come complete with the following inclusions:</B><BR>Fuel, gas, water, wet weather jackets, bedding, pillows, blankets, bed linen. garbage bags, t-towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, wine glasses and drinking glasses.<BR><BR>We also provide a rowing dinghy with oars as a tender, detailed maritime charts of the area, and a copy of "Cruising Guide to the Hawkesbury River and Cowan, Broken Bay and Pittwater".
<P align=left><B>Conditions</B><BR><STRONG>PAYMENT: </STRONG>The balance of your charter fee is due 7 days prior to departure.<BR><BR><STRONG>PAYMENT METHODS:</STRONG> Bank, Master and Visa cards are accepted, also cheques and cash.<BR>Note: cheques are only accepted 14 days prior to departure.<BR><B><BR>NO HIDDEN COSTS:</B> Includes Fuel & Gas<BR><B><BR>CANCELLATION:</B> If a charter is cancelled a minimum of 1 calendar month prior to departure a full refund will be given less a cancellation fee of $150 incl GST</P>
<P>If a charter is cancelled between 1 month and 7 days prior to departure, the deposit paid will be forfeited.</P>
